The Human Resources Office supports the University mission of quality education, culture of values, and culture of community by providing integral services to the university community, including employment, compensation, and university policies.

The office serves every employee and every department, program, and unit on campus. The Human Resources Office, as an integral partner of the Dixie State University community, recognizes that faculty, staff, and student employees are DSU’s most valuable resources.
